Shipping policy
At BarreBee, getting your order to you quickly and safely is a top priority. We process and ship hundreds of orders every day to customers around the world. As a U.S.-based company, shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated transit time:
5–10 business days after your order has shipped.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high-volume periods.
Customized & Personalized Items
Processing Time:
Customized or personalized items are made to order and require an additional 3–6 business days for production before shipment.
This production time is separate from and in addition to the shipping transit time.
Orders are considered fulfilled once production is completed and the item has been handed off to the carrier. Delays related to customization or production do not qualify as shipping delays and are not grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
Insured & Tracked Shipping
We offer Insured Shipping as an optional add-on at checkout for extra peace of mind.
Insured Shipping includes:
- Guaranteed tracking updates
- Coverage in the event your package is lost in transit or returned to us due to failed delivery
- A free reshipment if your insured order is confirmed lost or undeliverable
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at care@barrebee.com with your correct shipping details.
Address changes are not guaranteed after 24 hours from order placement. If your order has already been processed, we’ll do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
BarreBee is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply to international shipments.
Customs charges are determined by your local customs authority and are payable by the customer. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
We offer free cancellations within 12 hours of order placement.
To cancel an order, please email us at care@barrebee.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
