How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at care@barrebee.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- The reason for the return
If your request meets our return eligibility requirements, we’ll reply with next steps.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Once approved, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them back using a carrier of your choice.
After we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and confirm they are in sellable condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in sellable condition
- All items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)
Product-Specific Guidelines
- Socks: Must be unworn, undamaged, in original packaging and returned with original tags attached
- Apparel: Must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original tags attached
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5 business days after inspection
- Items purchased through third-party retailers must be returned through the original retailer
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item(s)
